Break through your habits that hinder

From the earliest moments of our lives, we developed strategies to make us feel safe: pretending everything's okay when it's not, shutting down, defending, judging...you name it.

Over time, these strategies became habits.

As adults, these patterns still surface under pressure and unconsciously drive our behavior.

We call this the Limited Self.

It isn’t wrong or bad. We all have one. But without awareness, it narrows our choices, keeps us reactive, and affects relationships, decisions, and results.

However, when you can name it, “Ah, that’s my Limited Self!" you create space to choose your response instead of running on autopilot.

That’s the start of personal mastery: not perfection, but returning to your best self, what we call your Core, more often.

When you live from your Core, leadership feels easier, relationships deepen, and energy flows even in hard moments. You stop reacting from fear and lead from who you’re created to be.

The Core is already in you...waiting to be called on.

When you build awareness of your Limited Self and Core you can:

  • Know if your emotional reactions are ruling your decisions and shift

  • Better manage your negative self-talk

  • Manage your emotions because you understand how to use your emotions as information

  • Communicate more openly and tell people what's really going on with you

  • Not take your mistakes and upsets so hard

  • Listen more deeply and listen behind the words for feelings that aren't said

  • Resolve conflict more quickly - in minutes or hours instead of days or weeks

  • Stand in the face of someone being upset and not take it personally

  • Understand other's feelings or concerns and get curious about their perspective

Why this
work matters

Leaders often focus on strategies, tools, or outcomes. But real change starts inside. Your beliefs, emotions, and patterns shape your actions. And your actions shape your results.

If we never pause to look at the “why” behind our actions, we risk repeating the same patterns over and over. But when we understand the parts of ourselves that drive those patterns, we can open new pathways to action. Possibilities we couldn’t see before.

This is not quick or easy work. It’s a journey. But for those who take it, the transformation is profound.

This intensive is especially meaningful for emerging leaders, those ready to step into bigger responsibilities but feel something holding them back. It’s for anyone who has noticed familiar patterns repeating, even after success, and wants to finally understand why.

It’s for those who long to lead with confidence, presence, and authenticity, not just for themselves, but for the people they influence.

Who is this for?
